Is the online price the final price?
Your technician confirms a flat price in writing before starting, and it always lands inside the range you saw. If the job turns out to be different, you decide before any extra work.
Do you charge to come out?
The $89 diagnostic fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair. Estimates for new systems are free.
What does emergency service cost?
Same-day visits add $79. Nights, weekends and holidays add $149. Whole Home plan members pay neither.
Do prices include parts?
Yes. Every range includes parts, labor and cleanup. Permits are listed separately when a city requires one.
Visits
How fast can you come?
Book before noon and most homes are seen the same day. Emergencies average two hours.
Will I know who is coming?
Yes. You get a text with the technician’s name and photo before they leave the shop.
Do I need to be home?
Someone 18 or older needs to let us in. For rentals, the tenant can meet us.
Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
Labor on every repair for one year. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty, usually five to ten years.
What if the problem comes back?
Call us. If it is the same issue within a year, the return visit and labor are free.
Plans
What is the Whole Home plan?
Two HVAC tune-ups a year, a plumbing and electrical safety check, 15% off repairs and no urgency fees, for $29 a month.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account or by phone. No fees.
