Do you charge to come out?
The $89 diagnostic fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair. Estimates for new systems are free.
What does emergency service cost?
Same-day visits add $79. Nights, weekends and holidays add $149. Members of our Whole Home plan pay neither.
Are your technicians employees?
Yes. Every technician is a background-checked Fernhill employee, licensed for the trade they work in.
Do you offer financing?
New HVAC systems and water heaters can be paid monthly, with 0% APR for 18 months on approved credit.
