Older panels weren't built for EV chargers, heat pumps and induction ranges. We upgrade panels and install Level 2 chargers with the permit and inspection handled for you.

Panel upgrades and Level 2 EV chargers
We start with a load calculation, so you know whether your current panel can take a charger or needs an upgrade before you spend anything.

Do I need a panel upgrade for an EV charger?
Not always. A load calculation tells us. Many homes with a 200-amp panel can add a charger without an upgrade.
Can you install the charger I already bought?
Yes. We install any UL-listed Level 2 charger, hardwired or plug-in.
How long does a panel upgrade take?
Usually one day. The power is off for part of it, and we coordinate the utility and the inspection.
Are there rebates for EV chargers?
Some utilities and federal programs offer them. We give you the paperwork you need to apply.
