(614) 555-0142Before you call
The AC is running but the house keeps getting warmer
Turn the system off at the thermostat and check the filter. A clogged filter can freeze the coil. If it is clean, call us and leave the system off.
There is water around the indoor unit
Switch the system off and the breaker too if water is near wiring. Soak up the water and call us; a blocked drain line is the usual cause.
I smell burning near the outdoor unit
Turn the system off at the breaker right away and do not restart it. This is an emergency visit, available 24/7.
How often should the AC be serviced?
Once a year, before the first heat wave. Whole Home plan members get spring and fall visits included.
