A furnace that stops on a January night can't wait for Monday. We repair gas and electric furnaces of every major brand, and we install smart thermostats that actually save on the heating bill.

Furnace repair and tune-ups before the cold hits
Most no-heat calls come down to an igniter, a flame sensor or a blower motor, and our vans carry all three. A fall tune-up catches the rest before the first cold snap.
24/7 emergency service
Calls answered day and nightNo heat, no cooling, a burst pipe or a burning smell: tell dispatch and we will put you first in line.

The furnace runs but blows cold air
Check that the thermostat is set to heat and the filter is clean. If it still blows cold, turn it off and call us; the burners may not be lighting.
I smell gas near the furnace
Leave the house, do not switch anything on or off, and call your gas utility first. Then call us; this is an emergency visit, available 24/7.
Is it worth repairing a 20-year-old furnace?
Small repairs usually are. If the heat exchanger is cracked or a repair costs more than a third of a new unit, we'll show you both prices in writing.
Do smart thermostats work with older furnaces?
Most do. If your system needs a common wire, we add it during the install at no extra charge.
