How to request a refund

Email info@templatesrocket.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number or receipt. We process approved refunds to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within a few business days.

Renewals & after 30 days

Renewals and purchases older than 30 days are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing — you keep access until the end of your current period.

Our free LITE plugins on WordPress.org involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
