These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of Templates Rocket plugins and the templatesrocket.com website. By buying or using our products, you agree to these terms.

Licenses

When you purchase a plugin we grant you a non-exclusive license to use it on the number of sites included in your plan. While your subscription is active you receive updates and support. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense our plugins.

Payment & subscription

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new license purchases. See our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our plugins or site for anything unlawful, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our license system.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights to our plugins, code and brand. Your content and your customers' data remain yours — our plugins run on your server.

Disclaimer & liability

Our plugins are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templates Rocket is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
